CONCEPT
Glastonbury Festival Archives is a visual journey through the people, performances, and moments that have shaped one of the world’s most iconic festivals.
The project explores Glastonbury not simply as a music festival,
but as a living cultural archive one that has continuously evolved alongside music, fashion, art, and society. It traces the festival’s shifting identity through decades of cultural change, capturing how each generation leaves its mark on the landscape of Glastonbury.
OBJECTIVE
The objective was to transform Glastonbury’s rich history into an engaging digital archive that feels contemporary while preserving the raw, eclectic character of the festival.
The experience was designed to make decades of content feel accessible and immersive, allowing users to explore different eras, discover iconic performances, and experience the evolution of Glastonbury through a strong visual language.
